The website www.ideabaaz.in is an independent operation of Image Care Pvt. Ltd. - the owners of the intellectual property related to the IdeaBaaz brand and the “IdeaBaaz” trademark. As an online visitor browsing through the Terms and Conditions provided by our website, you automatically agree to all Terms and Conditions along with the Privacy Policy and the Return and Exchange policy. The aforementioned policies are subjected to updates and modifications by IdeaBaaz at any time without prior notice.

The terms and conditions declared here may be supplemented, amended, replaced or revised at any time, without any notice.

The terms ‘IdeaBaaz’, ‘ideabaaz.in’, or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of this website whose registered office is 9, Shivkamal, Nr. Sahajanand College, Ambawadi, Ahmedabad, 380015. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.

If you make any purchase or intend to make any purchase on this or other websites that are owned or operated by IdeaBaaz, you will signify your agreement with the following terms:

 1.IdeaBaaz is an online retailer of apparel and lifestyle products offered at great values to the consumer. Membership allows customers to purchase a variety of products.

 2.IdeaBaaz will not be responsible for any of your actions. If you are found guilty of any wrongful acts including but not limited to fraud and intentional omissions and neglect, IdeaBaaz will have all rights to charge legal measures against you.

 3.We ensure that all details of prices, supply, shipping and availability on the website are accurate, however errors may occur. In a case of committing accidental errors relating to product details, IdeaBaaz will have the right to change the wrong information without being obliged to sell its products and services with regards to its initial mistaken price and details. Prices for items may change from time to time without notice. However, these changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. The price of an item includes GST at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller. Please note that the prices listed on the website are only applicable for items purchased on the website and not through any other source.

 4.The images of the products on the website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the product as accurately as possible, the size and colour of the products may vary on their visual representation on the website. However, if you wish to return the product, make sure that it is returned in the pristine packaged condition you received it in, without tears or damages, to the address given in the invoice within 14 days after it has been received by you.

 5.You cannot cancel an order after it has been processed. You may return it to IdeaBaaz after you have received it while complying with the return conditions which are mentioned in these terms and conditions.

 6.On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order and also the estimated delivery time to your location. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused by the delay in delivery.

 7.For an order to be considered valid, the payment method you have chosen must get through our pre – authorization check.

 8.IdeaBaaz will not be subjected to scrutiny in case it fails to uphold any of the terms and conditions mentioned herein if certain external circumstances prohibit it from doing so. These circumstances include but are not limited to civil strife, weather conditions, mechanical failures, transport issues, lockouts and strikes or even any act of God or natural disaster.

 9.This Agreement has been construed in accordance to the Laws of India and is thus subjected to it. The parties involved hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad.

 10.You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, consultants, agents and affiliates, from any and all third party claims, liability, damages or costs arising from your use of this website, your breach of these Terms of Service, or infringement of any intellectual property right.

 11.You must report any issue that you think violates copyright by mailing your concern to idea@ideabaaz.in.

 12.IdeaBaaz has the authority and holds all rights to transfer and assign parts or all of the obligations or rights mentioned in this Agreement without offering prior notice to its users.

 13.Our website provides links for sharing our content on Facebook, Instagram and other such third party websites. These external links have been provided only for listing and / or sharing purposes and IdeaBaaz cannot be held accountable or liable for any consequences that users or visitors can face by clicking on those links.

 14.If a product is not lost in transit or has been found to be faulty in terms of market conditions, IdeaBaaz will consider itself liable that is limited to the value of the product that was purchased along with shipping charges that may have been included. However, IdeaBaaz will not be held accountable for any direct or indirect costs that the visitor may have incurred while making the purchases or intending to make the purchase of products and services offered on the sites.

 15.IdeaBaaz has the complete right to make changes to the terms and conditions of the website, along with having the freedom to update or modify the contents of the website as well. This right can be exercised in case of all policies like return and refund policy, shipping policy and even privacy policy without the requirement of any prior notice and permission from users/visitors of the site or service.

 16.The website www.ideabaaz.in is operated by Image Care Pvt. Ltd. which shall retain all the ownership and proprietary rights. The title, right and interest in and over the website should belong to IdeaBaaz alone. It has sole copyright over its designs, terms and conditions within the website which therefore cannot be copied or transmitted for commercial purposes. Not a single clause in these Terms and Conditions can be used to give you the right or title to the ownership and use of the Trade Marks and Intellectual Property. When you purchase any of the products here on the website, the intellectual properties associated with the products shall not be transferred to you.

If you or the Company terminates your use of any service, you shall still be liable to pay for any service that you have already ordered till the time of such termination.
